Working with migrants from outside the EU
This section is relevant to people and organisations working with a broad range of migrants who enter the UK from outside the European Union (EU) - this includes asylum applicants, refugees, those given permission to stay for humanitarian reasons, unsuccessful asylum applicants, those returning to their country of origin (voluntarily or under a forced return) and newly arrived non-refugees from outside the EU.
