- Disabled access to building and toilets.
- Vending Machines selling cold drinks and snacks
- Unisex baby changing room (children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, as there are no creche facilities)
Note:
To minimise queuing and due to limited seating in our waiting area we ask that you do not bring unneccesary baggage into the office. At peak times non dependant adults who do not need to accompany you into the building may be refused entry.
Our Cardiff offices will not offer a same day service for any premium applications. Non biometric application types with appointment times before 1200 will have their updated travel document returned within 5 days by post.
