Simplifying immigration law
If you are interested in our legal framework you might want to read about the simplification project. This project's ultimate objective is to replace all existing immigration laws with one, new simplified Act. In doing this the project will also need to replace the existing immigration rules and UK Border Agency’s operational guidance with new products.
