Revision to version 10/09 of the Tier 2 of the points-based system policy guidance.

A revised version of the Tier 2 policy guidance was published on the UK Border Agency website on 1 October 2009. Unfortunately this included an error which was not identified until after publication.
The error has now been rectified and a revised version of the Tier 2 policy guidance is available on the UK Border Agency website. All applicants should ensure that they refer to this guidance when making their application.
