Revised application forms and guidance notes now available - FLR(M) and FLR(S)

Revised versions of the following forms and their guidance notes are now available on our website.
- FLR(M) - Extension of stay in the United Kingdom as the husband, wife, civil partner, or unmarried or same-sex partner of a permanent resident
- FLR(S) - Extension of stay as a student, student nurse, prospective student or sabbatical officer, or to re-sit an examination or write up a thesis
If you are applying on or before 27 April 2008, you must use the 02/2008 version of the application form and guide. If you are applying on or after 28 April 2008, you must use the 04/2008 version.
