Where do I send the completed application form?
This page provides details of where you should send your completed application form for the Sectors Based Scheme.
Before sending us your form, you should make sure you fill in all sections that apply to your application. You must also enclose the correct documents and the fee.

We will only be able to accept courier deliveries between 0830 and 1630 Monday to Friday. We will not accept courier deliveries on bank holidays.
